How long will the process take before I can get an Australian visa?2018-01-30T04:03:09+00:00
This depends on the type of visa application. Different types of visas require different requirements and we can only give you a time estimate once we have obtained full instructions regarding your personal circumstances.
Can I work whilst I am in Australia for a short period of time?2018-01-30T04:03:09+00:00
You need to make sure your visa permits you to work in Australia. Some visas do not permit visitors to work in Australia or only allow a very limited amount of hours. For example, those on a student visa may work up to 20 hours per week during their stay in Australia while studying.
Why should I choose an Australian Migration Agent in preference to an agent based in my country of residence?2018-01-30T04:03:09+00:00

In most other countries like Vietnam, there are no registration requirements for migration agents.

Whereas a Migration Agent in Australia must:

  • be registered with the Migration Agents Registration Authority (MARA);
  • have demonstrated knowledge of Australian Immigration Law and its regulations;
  • be of good character;
  • attend continuing professional development programs; and
  • abide by the MARA strict Code of Conduct
Can I submit my own Australian visa application instead of going through a Migration Agent?2018-01-30T04:03:09+00:00

Technically yes, but this is not recommended. If you submit your own visa application the whole process may cost you thousands of dollars and if unsuccessful, all these fees will not be refunded to you. A Migration Agent will ensure that your application is submitted under the right category for Australian migration (as there are more than 100 types of Australian visas) and offer you the best opportunity of a successful outcome.
